If your chapter is currently holding meetings using Skype, Zoom or other program, this page can be of help. We recognize that is it often difficult to conduct a meeting or program when not physically together and we want to help.
It is so easy, all your participating members will be volunteering to do the weekly program! We will be posting some simple and easy to use programs to help get you through this difficult time. These programs are available on the official TOPS web site, we're just pulling them out here to lend a helping hand. Some of the programs have videos and others do not, either way - using them for a virtual meeting is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
1. Download the handouts associated with the program shown using the links provided. You can email them to your members before or after the meeting, however you choose.
2. As program leader, if a video* is used, have the video opened and ready to play full screen. When you are ready to begin the program, ask all participants to mute their microphones or in some applications you can mute them. When you are ready, click on the Share your screen option and everyone will be able to watch whatever you are showing.
3. When the video ends, stop sharing the screen, have members turn their microphones back on and discuss.
*If the program does not have a video, download and print the program prior to starting your meeting and you are good to go!
